Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch and Fashion Show a Highlight of Historic Homes Tour

“Linen and Lace,” the Mother’s Day Champagne brunch and fashion show that has become a traditional event during Galveston Historical Foundation’s Galveston Historic Homes Tour, will take place on Sunday, May 11, from 10 a.m. to noon at the 1880 Garten Verein Pavilion, 2704 Avenue O.

Guests may start a Homes Tour Sunday at a sumptuous champagne brunch buffet by Carriage Caterers. Galveston’s grand 1880 German dancing pavilion situated in Kempner Park is the venue for this event. Guests will be presented a fashion show by Galveston's downtown Atrium Boutique, featuring a “one-suitcase travel wardrobe,” of fashions made specifically for easy-care travel and around-town stylish comfort.

Tickets are $45, and include a ticket to the Galveston Historic Homes Tour.
