Avoiding Mold Hazards in Your Flooded Home

Louisiana State University Mold Expert to Speak Saturday on Post-Ike Mitigation and Safety

Galveston Historical Foundation will host Louisiana mold expert, Glenn Ray, on Saturday, November 1st at 10:00 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 2202 Avenue K. Ray’s topic will be “Avoiding Mold Hazards in Your Flooded Home.” Ray has been in the restoration field for many years and has helped thousands of water and fire damaged homeowners with their environmental problems. Currently, he works as an associate for the Louisiana Sate University AgCenter and its LaHouse Project, which provides research based solutions and educational outreach concerning the problems faced by homeowners and builders in our warm and humid Gulf Coast environment.
