Begin your discovery tour of historic Galveston Island at the Heritage Visitors Center located in the carriage house of the 1859 Ashton Villa House Museum. The center offers complete visitor services, including brochures, maps, and information about local restaurants and hotels. The center sells tickets for the attractions and events described in this website, including packages of tickets at attractive discounts.

Also in Ashton Villa’s carriage house is the Museum Shop, with a selection of books about Galveston and Galveston History, and unusual gifts, toys and crafts offered for sale.
