Real Estate Committee

This volunteer committee is comprised of local bankers, contractors, architects, and real estate agents who are familiar with the Galveston real estate market and construction costs. They advise the GHF staff on property purchases, purchase and sales prices and improvements associated with the Revolving Fund and CHDO projects. Formed in January 2005, the committee has been instrumental in reviewing and improving the protective covenants that GHF places on properties that are purchased and then sold.
