Registration fees are non-refundable.
In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I/we release for myself and my heirs, Galveston Historical Foundation, Inc. and the City of Galveston, its agents, officers, volunteers, directors and employees, and sponsors and all officials of this race, from claims, demands, liabilities, damages or cause of action, of any nature, including claims of death, injury, illness, arising out of my participation in the Dickens on The Strand Victorian Bed Race. I state that I have trained and am in proper physical condition to participate in this event. I hereby grant my full permission to use my name and any photographs, videotapes, or other recordings of this event for any purpose.
